Rolf Gates Weekend Immersion at Inner Fire

There was great energy at Inner Fire Yoga Studio in Madison this past Saturday as they hosted Rolf Gates. It was my first time visiting Inner Fire as well as attending a Rolf Gates workshop. I am so very happy for the opportunity of continuing to grow in my yoga journey. Best part of the day? Practicing with my fellow Empower Yogis AND enjoying some one-on-one time with my lovely daughter.
