Yin Yoga | 7:45 pm

Yin Yoga is a perfect way to balance out busy, fast-paced days, active workouts, and stressed bodies and minds. Yin yoga can also help those with chronic conditions such as arthritis or osteoporosis.  Poses are held for 3 to 7 minutes, giving students time to settle into the pose, allowing the body to soften, easing into stillness. This long, slow, and deep practice targets connective tissues giving space for the student to turn inward and tune into sensations in the body.

You may wish to have some supportive props on hand such as blocks, firm pillows or bolsters, blankets, and a strap.
