Vinyasa Yoga


Tuesday | 5:30-6:30pm 

An energizing flow class incorporating breath with movement to calm your mind while increasing physical strength and flexibility.  Modifications are encouraged and offered throughout the class.

Please bring a mat, any props (blocks, straps, blanket) that enhance your practice.  

Attendance is capped at 15 people. Drop-ins are welcome, but to secure your spot, please register online before class.

Covid 19 Guidelines
Please do not attend classes if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have any of the symptoms outlined by the CDC.

Sunfire Yoga follows Dane County Covid 19 recommendations.

Please be sure to fill out a waiver online before your first class.
