In a nurturing, warm environment this class will help you to develop tools to connect with your baby, your breath, and to be present in this amazing journey. Take this time to nourish yourself – body, mind, and spirit. With a gentle flow of poses designed to increase flexibility and stamina, coupled with mindful breath, making a moving mediation to calm mind and spirit, preparing you for labor, delivery, and motherhood.
