Planksgiving at 95 Yoga House

I am honored to be guest teaching at 95 Yoga House, 2400 S. Kensington Dr. Appleton, WI on November 5, 2022.  I will be guiding the 9:00 am class and kicking off “Planksgiving”! Some of you know and love this tradition, and if you are asking “what is Planksgiving”?, I say come and find out!!

This is my first time teaching at 95 Yoga House, but I know many of you from my time teaching in Appleton at another studio. I am eager to reconnect with you in person and will see you on your mat!!
