Long, Slow, Deep
Monday | 7:00-8:00pm
In this class the poses are held longer (1-5 minutes) to target the connective tissues. The focus is on the lower part of the body – hips, inner thighs and back.
Please bring a mat, any props (blocks, straps, blanket) that enhance your practice.
Attendance is capped at 15 people. Drop-ins are welcome, but to secure your spot, please register online before class.
