In this gentle, slow-paced class there is a combination of seated and standing poses, but without the frequent up and down found in a typical flow class. Transitions from seated to standing and back to the mat are limited as poses are grouped accordingly. (Seated poses together, standing poses together, returning to seated or lying down poses) This 60-minute class incorporates breathing techniques and meditation.
Please bring a mat, any props (blocks, straps, blanket) that enhance your practice.
Attendance is capped at 10 people. Drop-ins are welcome, but to secure your spot, please register online before class.
