Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. This Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
Please bring a mat, any props (blocks, straps, blanket) that enhance your practice.

Covid 19 Guidelines
Please do not attend classes if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have any of the symptoms outlined by the CDC.
Sunfire Yoga follows Dane County Covid 19 recommendations.
Please be sure to fill out a waiver online before your first class.
